The Childcare Director, School-Age Care (SACC), in coordination with the Senior Director of School Age Child Care, is responsible for all aspects of the before/after school age childcare programs at YMCA of the Pines’ sites in Burlington County, as well as holiday/vacation camp days. These responsibilities include program development, staff relations, risk management, customer/community relations, licensing/professional accreditation, staff hiring, staff training, fundraising, marketing and budget development. The Director is also responsible for administering, monitoring, and refining current SACC sites, and coordinating funds for program development and scholarships.
